Christopher James is a sculptural artist based in Edmonton, AB, Canada. His work comes from a love for nature and natural textures. The rhythm of water over sand, shadows in the forest, the quiet patterns that show up when you slow down enough to notice them.

Each piece is an attempt to bring some of that stillness indoors. Something meditative for lived spaces that pulls us a little closer to where we come from.

Christopher is also a writer, facilitator, and entrepreneur. Art has been a constant thread throughout his life, evolving with him as he continues to explore and reinvent himself.

Every piece is one of a kind. Available work is listed on this site and sold directly as new pieces are completed.
